Very nice location and walk by the river next to the hotel. Friendly and efficient receptionist.
Although the hotel and facilities were very good, the experience at breakfast was disappointing. The staff were not particularly friendly and were excessively rigid in enforcing the 10:30 a.m. closing time. Given that our group occupied most of the hotel and had attended a wedding the night before, resulting in a very late finish, a more accommodating and customer-oriented approach would have been appreciated.

Staff's willingness to help.
Spa area lacks maintenance (Jacuzzi not working properly, Sauna door broken - loosing temperature, etc).
There is no permanent bar for food and drinks during the day in the Hotel.
Breakfast could be more complete, and fruit should be more fresh and tasteful.
