Аmazing vacation!

I highly recommend a vacation at Venosa Beach Resort & Spa. All expectations for a quiet and peaceful holiday were met, very good service, friendly staff, cleanliness. The animators offered non-stop various games and entertainment, nice music by the pool. It is very suitable for families with small children, there is also a separate children's pool. The beach is 30 m from the pool. There are also sea attractions. The food was varied and plentiful. There were dinners with different national cuisines (Mexican, Chinese, Turkish). Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the complex and is of good quality. For those traveling by car, the private parking is convenient, but according to my observation, there were also transfers to and from the airport organized by the hotel. If Venosa Beach Resort & Spa is rated 5 stars, they get another one from me. I will definitely visit again.

Don't be surprised, book and visit! You will not regret this! :)

Superb

Green and clean territory, very clean pools, tasty and veried food, orange fresh for breakfast. Big family room with very big terrace, good room service. Big beach with clean sea and perfect view on oposite seashore of the bay. Good and vivid mini-disco for kids. 15 minutes away from need city Didim by mini-bus, which stop is just need hotel entrance.

One big minus: everybody put their towels on sunbeds around 7 in the morning. so you can't find any free after breakfast (at least near the pools) and some of occupied sunbeds left unattended through all day! So nobody can use them, staff need to use any rule that forbid to occupy sunbeds without using them... And though our terrace was very big we can't enjoy in full without sunbeds (with pines near it would be very good place to relax and even sleep).

Great staff and facilities

The staff was incredibly helpful when we found that the room was not fully up to our standards, they quickly gave us one of the best rooms they had. No questions asked and no extra payment was required.

Food was very repetitive and not varied enough, it was tasty and staff is very friendly. Cocktails are great by the pool bar as well as the reception, the beach bar… not so much.

Disappointing

In general it was okeish, like pool was good and also nice garden around hotel, nice view (if you not picky ;-))

No room service, even more its not allowed to have food in the rooms. Rooms a bit shabby, bathroom.. a bit moldy. It cannot match with room price. You can only have meals in hotel, it far from city and actually not a lot of places to spend time outside, so all-inclusive is must here.. but food court can use bit more hygiene, lot of flies everywhere, literally. You can get a glass of vine (if you ask many times) with traces of lipstick.. :-) If you ask waiter something - you will never see him again :-) Internet is declared as service but it doesnt work. Transfer from airport will cost additionally like ~700TL BUT you need to care in advance. Hotel dont care about any messages via booking.com or e-mails. I did this mistake by contacting them by messages, so upon arrival i called to them from airport but they didnt managed to help me so i took local taxi on my own. If you disided to go where, remember, on any agreements with hotel administration, be sure they really understand you. Its typical what they say yes and forget it straight away. Bring lot of cash! Prices are crazy.. Cards outside of hotel not recommended because of skimmers. My personal surprise, somehow i expected lot of fruits but everything served was green and hard as potato. Meals, is okeish, you will find something after 2-3 days.

Nice secluded area with good food and facilities but inconvenient scheduling

Nice area with hotel's own beaches, great for swimming. Events taking place every night, rather good food.

Rather out of the way, so a bit boring. The times for the fitness centre and disco were not very convenient: it would be much easier to go for a run early in the morning or in the evening! Waiting till midnight for a dance is also not logical at all. Even lunch was scheduled too early.
