I loved everything about this property. The room was super spacious and well decorated. It made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The staff, especially the manager was lovely!

This was wonderful to discover Fés. Conveniently located in the Medina, in a quiet place that can easily be reached, we enjoyed the wonderful and cool garden and pool, the spacious and tastefully decorated suites, as well as the warmhearted service from everybody here. We felt most welcome, also had a big and varied breakfast in the garden and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. The host was lovely. The ryad was absolutely beautiful and their resident pets were adorable.
I was under the impression we would have our own washing machine as listed in the booking, not a paid laundry service.

Fancy garden, interior scenery, historical place to stay. Friendly staff.
Access to hotel real problem. Without internet and navigation apps nearly impossible to find the riad. Walking thru 1.5 m wide old streets mandatory min. 250 meters. No car access. If you go by taxi, don't try to find an access. They will leave you farther place. You must find a push car and to discuss price for it. Not recommended for people having walking difficulties.
Riad managers should send messages by Booking to warn guests to make taxies enter nearest parking like "Parking Ain Azliten".
My suggestions valid for all Riads in Madina area.
