The place was in an excellent location, very close to the metro station and within easy walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was very convenient for exploring the city.
There was very little to dislike. The room was slightly compact, but overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I like the attention of the owner, she was very kind. The room was clean, the beds were confortable, the room was big and has windows to the street and air conditioner that maintain the room fresh although there was 40 degrees outside. The location was excellent over a commercial street with lot of shops and restaurants and a short walk to historic sites.
The shower didn't work, the pressure was very weak and the temperature was either too hot or cold.
They don't have cleaning service for the room, but I asked for a towel change and there was no problem at all.
One warning for Travellers of age or with heavy luggage, they are on the 3rd floor by stairs. (I already knew because they tell you, in my case that was a problem)

The location was great. We could walk to so many sites, plus there is so much shopping and restaurants near by. It was very clean and had all the things we needed - AC (very important in the summer in Vienna!), a TV, coffee and tea....It is not fancy, but has everything you need. Andrea was a very kind and helpful host.
People do need to keep in mind that there are 3 floors to go up each time you return. This would not be a great stay for an elderly person or a person with a disability.

The area is close to tourist spots.
The did not like the the stairs is like 3rd floor and by the time you get to the door or down your exhausted. I wish it has lift.
