Struttura pulita. Personale accogliente. Ci hanno dato una camera migliore rispetto a quella prenotata. Spa pulita e dotata di tutto. Con due ristoranti interni.
La cena inclusa nella mezza pensione. La temperatura nella spa. Gli accappatoi a pagamento.

Colazione ottima, cena oltre le aspettative ottimi piatti ottima scelta ottima qualità, Spa piccola purtroppo sono riuscito ad utilizzarla una volta sola anche il servizio massaggi è a richiesta
camera in posizione non bella causa le posizioni delle finestre migliorabile il sistema di ventilazione che con il caldo, direi anomalo ma ormai da metter in conto. Migliorabile la spa con un servizio interno di gestione, ma ritengo che stanno già provvedendo a ingrandirla.

Ontbijt en diner redelijk, extra compliment vriendelijke serveerster (Roemenië). Website en hotel komen niet overeen; entourage minder dan website doet beloven. Dankzij kamerupgrade door vriendelijke dame bij lobby, tevreden over nieuwe luxere kamer (ondanks alleen geblindeerd raam naar blinde muur en bouw) ! Toegewezen standaard kamer was erg klein, bedrukkend en alleen hoog raampje..... Door upgrade kamer, vriendelijke personeel en ligging, een goed verblijf gehad
