The staff were very friendly. My flight was delayed and they received me at 4am with no problem. One night someone outside the hotel played loud music, I called the staff and they immediately went to talk to them and the music stopped. The room was asthetic, clean and very spacious. The atmosphere quiet and relaxed and I slept very well. The location was great for me as I eat lots of fruit and the hotel is located 10mins walk from Frestive. It was easily accessible from the airport and to Jatiluwih in the north where I started my journey.
There was a maintenance issue - all 3 doors had problem locking. But I reported it and they fixed it immediately. Also, there was something that I saw many times in Bali and I think we as guests should speak up about - birds in cages and fish in a small pond. I get that it’s perceived as decoration but for me it is unnecessary. I want the animals to be free.
