Unfortunately this is probably the best Hotel in the village 😞😞😞😞

The hotel is in a fantastic place and deserves attention. The atmosphere in the hotel is superb. We were also lucky to attend a party on a roof. Lots of people and great fun. A great advantage is a possibility of getting around the village in a special electric car. It works like a taxi but there is no extra charge. If you are somewhere far away, you call the hotel and they come to pick you up.

Unclean. Simply dirty. The hotel needs a decent cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Unfortunately, the whole of Agde needs to be refreshed. Below are pictures of the bathrooms. Please see the colour of the grout. Originally it should be white or light cream. The tiles are also not cleaned. Several items should already have been replaced. It is disgusting, especially for someone who appreciates cleanliness. Definitely not a 5-star hotel

Nice, intimate, clean, friendly staff. Great rooftop terrasse and great as swinger hotel

stylish lobby, the rooftop jacuzzi area very cozy and the guests were polite and nice which is key since this is a swinger hotel and most of the action was at the rooftop area. And it was nice that people were not naked in the restaurent, as happens at the beach

It was our first time at a swinger hotel and we specifically asked staff what the rules were, being the first time at the hotel. And not one word about sex and the rules around it, which was strange

Nice place to stay

Everything was lovely.

The outside area of breakfast was a little messy with leaves and the pool/jacuzzi was not on late evening which was a shame. Would have been ice if breakfast was included in the price of the room.

The staff were outstanding.

It was shame the hotel did not have restaurant and more organised events for the guests to meet each other.

Not worth the money vs what you get

good location, good rooftop, good breakfast, poor room, worst mattress ever. Is not a 5* hotel, is good 3 or poor 4 but never a 5. location is a blast, super close to everywhere

The room was poor, worst mattress ever. Bathroom small, we can even close the door of the toilet when you are seated

Awsome base to explore Cap d´Agde, will definitely come back.

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful, e.g. recommendations and reservations for dinner with taxi service; composition of guests optimal, i.e. couples in all age groups; dreamlike atmosphere in and around rooftop pool :-).

A fantastic experience

This is a truly amazing hotel. lovely rooms and fantastic service - especially the personal and caring attention from the reception desk. It’s certainly a place we wanna go bank to again and again.

Memorable.

So many positives.

it would have been nice if the roof top bar opened late. The bar was nicely decorated with great facilities, so it would have been nice to come back for a late drink. There is a DJ box and lighting so maybe it does open late in June, July, August.

Perfect considering COVID

Friendly staff that were clearly dealing with shortages with COVID. Room was serviced at least every other day (again, rarely done during COVID).

No swinger parties during the week we went but may have been close to end of season.

Never BOOKED!! One star is even more !!

Nothing actually I hate !!

The price of the night I have paid 1300 EUR because I wanted to make happy my partner ours last day of stay. Nightmare is started !!! - Only the amenities for this hotel is jacuzzi in the room and outside. That’s why people are booking. Unfortunately JAKUZZI ARE NOT WORKING , when we asked the it’s not working end of the hours holiday technical people are come and they said it should be change for the hidrafor of the hotel and they already now jakuzzi are not working he said. -mini bar is empty and minibar actually doesn’t work - we asked terrace unbrealla and the answer we don’t have an umbrella , it means we need to take the sun and burned ‘n - We asked room services and there is no glasses in the room and plenty of things are missing, we order a some food also they arrived 2 hours almost after. - the worst things hotel staf doesn’t use the mask still this epidemic time. Vaccined it doesn’t mean you should take out the mask for the Covid related , it was big risk !! Finally last day we checkout quickly because of the all disaster and Health security issue. It can even not be a one star hotel !! Disaster !!

Ok hotel is a very fun village

Fun location - the village is not that big. Nice room, the nice roof top deck.

The service is like a place where no one really cares, but you are in Cap D'Agde so they can succeed anyway. Hard to get pool towels and communicate any needs to the staff. You really need to force any issue that you have. Overhead shower never worked, and it is very expensive for the the accommodations.

Severely understaffed. Not a five star hotel as advertised.

Nowhere near enough staff. Advertised as 5 star but the service is more like a 3 star at best. Despite asking multiple times, rooms not cleaned properly, no communication with staff, no toilet roll, broken room phone, no answer for room service should I go on....? The barman has to leave the bar to make the food because he said the chef is not good! Far too many issues to list here! Across a four day extortionate stay, nothing changed! Let’s just say it’s a far cry from the Savoy, which is a true five star Hotel.
