Clean, quiet modern accommodation.
Easy walk into the main part of the "village" but away from the noise
Secure access. Keycard for lift etc.
Good gym.
Stripping the bed and bagging the rubbish - with the threat of losing deposit if we didn't.
Not really what is expected for a four star hotel.

Good bed and shower. Quiet.
I had reserved a garage space which I paid for on site. Very soon afterwards (literally 10 mins) I had reason to change my mind as I realised I wouldn't need it after all. I asked for a refund. I hadn't even been over to see the the garage yet. Refund was categorically refused. We're talking 80 Euros here. As far as I'm concerned that's too harsh and is verging on theft, but it shows the kind of place this is.

Tha I could be naked.
The pool water was too cold for me to get into and the spa had limited hours...
