It's connectivity with the central prague. The staff was very friendly.

Due to the absence of ventilation, there was a smell of stale moisture throughout the building, and toilets were smelly too. There was no fan, no ventilation in the room, and it was not possible to sleep without opening of windows. Unfortunately, the opening of windows comes with the cost of a lot of traffic noise.

excellent value for money

the accommodation is easy to find and in an excellent location (RIGHT next to metro and tram), staff was very helpful, there's a restaurant downstairs which is super convenient - we did not end up using but it looked very nice.

no lift which wasn't IDEAL with a heavy suitcase but the staff in a very friendly manner helped with our luggage

Generally is so so

Easy to achieve, there is a metro and bus stop nearby there. (But we were walking to there hahaha...) It's automatic to enter this place. you just need to enter the code they gave then you can get inside, no matter when u arrive there. They won't rush you when you on the check out time.

First, when we arrive at the room, then the room had a bad smell. In the end, we found that the shower room isn't designed well, so the water will flow outside into the floor. So the equipment of shower room has to improve. And the time we have to check out, but there is no one in the front desk, the number even no one answered, so we have no idea of what we should do when we check out.

Superb

Great location, next to Smíchov railway station (direct trains to Hlavní nadrazí and Plzen, metro to city centre and towards airport, trams to all the main sights). Many restaurants all around - one even in the same house - shopping facilities just one stop apart. Despite on the main road, rooms are located in inner courtyard, therefore quiet and still bright. Stylish interiors, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, everything clean. Fridge in the rooms, microwave oven and kitchen utensils in common areas. Helpful staff. I could even get a better room than booked.

Late-evening check-in a bit difficult - they mailed the details only shortly before. However after some phone calls everything was working.

For the same price, the room was upgraded (private bathroom instead of shared bathroom). Very nice staff

perfect

the receptionist was super helpful and kind. I accidentally left my watch on the bedroom after checkout but still manage to get it after being helped by the receptionist. I called them and the response was super fast!! 5 star for this hotel!!

Receptionist was nice spacious room

too many spider webs a lot of mosquitos already in the room (maybe should spray a bit between guests) Shower was clogged bit noisy as room was next to the restaurant

Location is great. We had cute room, there were facilities inside (that wasn't announced before). Very clean and cozy. Old authentic building. Very nice and soul cafe with breakfasts. We loved the place and the owners
