Everything was PERFECT. Beautiful rooms. Kind and friendly staff. Clean and lovely spaces. Wonderful breakfast on outdoor terrace. Perfect location. We are definitely going to stay here again next summer!

We had a lovely large room with a beautiful room. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. We liked that the WC was separate from the shower/sink part of the bathroom. The restaurant meal was delicious as was the buffet breakfast. The staff was very professional and kind, especially Chiara!
It was all wonderful!

The hotel is a very good place to visit Innsbruck and its surrounding area, it is located in the center of Wattens, room has good size, with seperate toilet and bathroom, very clean, bed is comfortable, there is a water boiler on the table, the restaurant has very good food, price is reasonable. Breakfast is very very good, with good quarlity of vegetable, fruits and bread, we really like all these.
I have to say, the hotel in winter is really over-heated, even we switch all radiator but it is still very hot, my husband and I all could not sleep well in such a temperature, I am sweating for the whole night. And the isolation is not really good, even we are not facing the busy street, but I still could hear the noisy car passing from time to time, but I am espcially sensible for the sound.
Actually it does not bother us too much but I think they forgot to clean the room after first day, I thought they do not do every day for 2 nights stay, but our friend said her room was cleaned, so they just forgot to clean our room in this case.
