The location, the welcome pack which provided free travel passes, and the evening meal was extremely good. Correspondence was very professional before arrival and the reception staff very helpful and friendly.
One bin, no mirrors in rooms, no socket near mirror in hall, no tea or coffee facilities in room. Evening restaurant staff seemed stressed out.

Overall, this is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop pool is a great, and the restaurant serves good food. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable hotel with good facilities.

breakfast was average,no aircon in the room and it was incredibly hot. they provided us with just 1fan for 3 people and that also didnt work. I offered to pay for extra fan which wasnt available till the next night. at night it was almost 20 degrees. and we couldnt sleep well.
staff offered to open the windows which we did but it didnt work at all.
I felt like as if I stayed in a youth hostel and paid a 5-7 star price for 2 nights. (800 euros).
the only good thing about this place is the spa upstairs which has a panoromic view. thats it.
Id suggest to all the families to kindly avoid it if with little kids during summers.
