Fabulous stay in an exceptional hotel. Everything was superb from start to finish. Such a friendly staff team.
Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was the only disappointment.

Beautiful, super clean rooms and hotel, beds so comfortable, everything is immaculate! Breakfast menu covering everything you could want and beautifully served as well as fantastic and friendly service from the breakfast staff. We also used the extraordinary facilities- steam room, sauna and the 'relax beds' (complete with view of The Alps) which was perfect at the end of a full day exploring the area.
The room did not have a refrigerator (it was summer) and we were not able to cool our water for our day trips out and about.

Absolutely brilliant stay. The family adjoining rooms were great because there was one hotel door and once inside that there was a hotel door to both rooms. This felt very safe for our children which we loved. Huge thanks to all the staff - especially Lilly & Gabi who were so friendly, kind, professional and efficient at breakfast. They really made every day start brilliantly.

I have stayed in this hotel years ago and just like before it didn't disappoint. The service and courtesy afforded to the guests are beyond reproach, they are very welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and have a lot of choices we also had dinner at the restaurant and the prices are reasonable. Thank you for your warm welcome.
