We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel has an excellent location in the Old Town, within walking distance of the main railway station. There are also tram and bus stops very close by, which makes getting around very convenient.
Our room had a balcony with beautiful views, and it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was genuinely very good, with plenty of options and good quality food. I’m not much of a sweet-breakfast person, so I was really happy to see porridge and fresh berries on offer.
The customer service was also a very positive surprise. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, welcoming, and pleasant.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the temperature in the room. It was very hot, even though the cooling system was set to -2°C with the fan on level 3. The cooling system simply didn’t seem to work well enough. At night, it was so warm that we were sweating, and even during the day it was cooler outside than inside the room.
Luckily, we had a balcony, so we were able to air out the room before going to bed, which helped somewhat.

Friendly staff, good location, nice room layout and modern design
No mini fridge. We do buy wine and yoghurt for personal use, but no personal mini fridge is inconvenient

Good location
Someone charged drinks to my room. Bar didn’t check id with my name in the room. Person signed completely different name which should have been apparent. Had to clear it up/prove it wasn’t me upon departure. Eventually manager took off charges. But super awkward.
Also street noise all night. Loud drunks screaming into early morning. Then garbage trucks coming early. Happened both nights. Not properties fault but still impacted the stay and our sleep.
