The hotel is very close to the Innsbruck Central train station. Less than a 10 minute walk. It is also very close to the historic downtown area where you can find the building with the golden roof.
The Spa area is very nice and the view is great from the Spa area.
The huge picture windows in the suites on the 10th floor are magnificent.
The first room I checked into had a really bad smell to it. I smelled like sewage from the shower drain. I didn't realize it at first but after 15 minutes in the room I couldn't stand it anymore.
I went to the front desk and they reassigned me to another room immediately. That room was great and did not have any issues as far as smell was concerned.
I do not like the old style bathtubs that have a little glass door that doesn't even reach halfway across the tub.
There was a leak at the bottom of the door that always caused water to flow out of the tub and under the toilet.
There were no towel holders by the sink. Lots of space for towel holders, unfortunately none to be found.
At 9:30pm there were no more fresh towels in the Spa/sauna area.
This is a pretty cool and fancy hotel and I am just surprised by the lack of attention to detail. Would not have expected that.
I pointed these issue out to the front desk staff when I check out. Let's see if this gets taken care of by the time I visit next.

Loved the location and the panoramic view from the room. Spectacular.
The breakfast was very disappointing considering it wasn't really cheap. Everything looked kinda stale and we were pretty much shunted out because the staff wanted to start cleaning and prepping for lunch while we were still eating.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything you need. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and services nearby, making it very convenient for both daily needs and exploring the city.
The air conditioning was quite weak, and the water had an unpleasant smell. These are areas that could be improved.
