I'll make a different choice the next time I stay in Innsbruck.

Location was the only great thing about this hotel.

Substandard room with no control on air conditioning or heating. Window was not a window but an opening into the hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Check in staff was inefficient and took a very long time to complete inbound guests. Cost for a night did not equal to what we received.

Super-Lage. Super-Zimmer.

Zentrale Lage und ruhige Zimmer. Alles ist von hier zu Fuß erreichbar. Riesiges Frühstück-Buffet, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Nachts am Wochenende bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist zwischendurch laut. Und die Badewanne ist für manche vielleicht zu hoch zum ein- & aussteigen.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city

Very nice hotel located in the middle of the city. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Nice outside area. Parking under the hotel.

Great location and comfy rooms, excellent for short term stay

The location is great, the parking is at the bottom of the building, but somehow on booking the hotel states that they have no parking, maybe because you have to pay it separately, that's why.

It won't disappoint!

Comfiest bed ever! Fantastic breakfast with veggie/vegan options. Literally in the heart of town. Great facilities and always clean.

My husband and I travelled with another couple so booked 2 rooms. We found the rooms to be extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working. We received various explanations from staff ranging from, "yes we know there is an issue" to "we only have heating in the winter". We were instructed to sleep with the windows open but then outside noise was an issue. We also observed various other guests complaining about the same issue. I cannot blame the staff as they were extremely polite, but would suggest that it is extremely unfair of management to subject their staff to this barrage of complaints without any clear directive or intention of rectifying this obvious issue.

Exceptional

Came back for second time after years, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. good breakfast and perfect location.

the only problem was that the temperature in the room was way too hot and not possible to lower it down.

Superb

Excellent breakfast selection, well presented and tasty! Very good location, close to sights, good bars/restaurants nearby. If driving, be aware that the hotel address is a pedestrian street, you need to set GPS to the nearby Rathaus garage

the location and the design of the room

that the room was not properly cleaned, I think vacuum cleaning should be also daily, not only the change of the towels and making of the bed.

if they fix the heating issues I’d definitely give it another try.

great position

The aircon didn’t work and there answer was to open the window. Except the noise from outside was too loud. uncomfortably hot.

super location and overall comfortable room

the second day of our stay, the cleaning lady ,even though we have placed the red label on the door , opened and woke us up at 8:30 . sorry but while on holidays I would like to have quality sleep and not getting anxious about the cleaning schedule.

I recommend it!!

I totally recomand to stay at this hotel, me and my husband enjoy our time there, it was very comfortable, nice room, modern and absolutely beautiful view.

The position is excelent, anche the parking available for 12€ per night. Room clean and confortable, and there is a sauna in the Hotel.

perfect location, clean and comfortable but lacking attention to detail.

Location. excellent breakfast. Clean but basic rooms

poor house keeping. toiletries not replenished, paper cups for in room drinks not cleared or replaced and some loose change I left on a table under some books and papers was taken, apparently as a tip. This was however returned with a drinks voucher to use in the bar, when it was pointed out.

Loved and would stay again

Bath robes, slippers, multiple saunas, balcony, quiet room, amazing breakfast, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone, close to shops and restaurants, friendly staff, what's not to love?! I came here to rest for a few days, and I was incredibly happy with my choice. Would absolutely stay here again.

The housekeeping staff didn't seem to want to clean my room, they only did it once in three days and I practically had to beg them. Very odd.
