Great location esp at Christmas with the markets.

I loved the spa upstairs and that it was away from the pool.

There was one server that was a bit dismissive because of a Christmas party that was taking place in the restaurant portion and we were by the fire for cocktails.

Sehr angenehm.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, nahe am Zentrum, Nähe zur Uni, trotzdem sehr ruhig, freundliche zurückhaltende Atmosphäre. Gute Betten, schönes Badezimmer mit Dreifachfunktionsduschkopf.

Schwimmbad war diesmal leider (wegen Wartung) ausser Betrieb.

Nice hotel and quite central. Modern boutique style with good spa facilities.

Lovely hotel within easy reach of centre of Innsbruck and the autobahn. Had a lovely room and the pool in the basement and spa facilities were lovely, especially having spend the previous 9 hours in the car driving. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, food was good but felt a bit overpriced for what we had. Maybe we should have gone out to explore Innsbruck more for food. Breakfast was good quality. Piano bar for drinks was very chilled and staff were super helpful and friendly. Remember to give your parking ticket to reception when you check out to get a discount if you are using the nearby underground car park.

even with the discount parking was still quite expensive.

Das Hotel hat einen neuen Stammkunden gewonnen.

Zimmer sehr schön, sauber und heimelig. Kopfpolster und Decken perfekt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Lage perfekt zum Zentrum, alles fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Very Good Hotel in Perfect Location

Hotel Innsbruck won our approval right away with the welcoming front desk staff. The room was comfortable and had a view of the old town. Breakfast was good. The golden swimming pool really charmed us - such a delightful experience. Being located adjacent to the Altstadt was perfect. There was also garage parking onsite as well as public parking very nearby. Innsbruck and this hotel won our hearts.

Book parking in advance and don't expect star service.

breakfast was traditionally Austrian great. Maybe only the scrambled eggs should not be completely dry. The hotel lobby is nice. Spa is small but fine.

There were more disappointments. The hotel should meet the conditions of a higher category, which we expected. Unfortunately the family room for two adults and two children costing approx. 350 EUR was a normal double room with extra bed. Due to the size of the room, almost no movement around the room was possible, opening one suitcase let alone two was almost impossible, the option of spending time in the room other than on the bed was not possible, there was nowhere to sit. The price-performance ratio did not correspond to the star. The highlight of the disappointment was that you have to book parking in advance, but this is not stated anywhere. Otherwise, although discounted, you park in the parking house on the other side of the square, which in the traditional Innsbruck rain is really not pleasing. For a hotel with half the price and rating this would probably be possible, but here Austrian hospitality completely disappoints.

I’m sure you can find a better option elsewhere in Innsbruck.

Breakfast was fine

Bloody boogers on the wall in the bathroom. Yes, boogers plural. Also pubes in the shower. Nasty. Lobby smelled intensely of a gentleman’s club. Pool was in a dark basement. Stay elsewhere.

Fun and fantastic for a short stay between the mountains

Great hotel and location, friendly service and nice pool/sauna! Breakfast is good and quite diverse (plus you can ask for extra breakfast items off menu) View has been amazing, one of a kind to see the mountains from your bedroom

Dinner was a little lackluster for what you pay Massage parlor was unavailable throughout our whole trip

One of the best hotels in Europe. In a great location.

hey, fantastic day with a wonderful staff. It’s the best night sleep we’ve had in 10 days in European rooms are super quiet and vision. The staff is excellent. We overslept a tad and they were nice enough to give us a late check out at noon.

Everything was superb. parking was the only issue. Understand where the hotel loading zone. Very minor.

We loved our stay!

everything was great. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet was perfect! the pool and relax area was one of our favorite places. Close to Old town and 15 minutes walking to the train. 100% recommend

The best hotel in Innsbruck

It is by far the best value for money hotel in Innsbruck. Not big rooms but excellent beds and extremely clean. Nice staff and a lot of stuff at you disposal at the hotel...like pool, bar, room service, spa...etc. the breakfast could be a bit better but it is more than good enough for the value...
