Very clean modern accommodation. Comfortable bed and quiet location. Check in was simple and straightforward
It is a little far out from the old town but the bus service runs from the bottom of the road. The kitchen could do with a little more variety in utensils if you want to do any cooking

The room was spacious, kitchen space was good and functional with plenty cups, glasses, cutlery and cookware. I like how there was a couch making it feel more like a studio than a hotel room.
This accommodation has links with Welcome Innsbruck meaning we got free public transport throughout the Innsbruck valley, discounts or even free gondola rides and 24 h use of the city bikes which was a very pleasant and unexpected bonus of booking this accommodation.
Can’t comment on the staff, as it is self check in you won’t interact with anyone.
It’s in a great location near the Tivoli stadium with all the public transport passing through every few minutes.
My only gripe was the frosted glass bathroom door meaning that anyone going there during the night would wake up everyone as it let through all the light. Instructions on cookers, laundry room etc could be clearer or extended. There is a QR code in the room for more information but it doesn’t contain anything really, this could be be extend. Especially given the absence of staff for most of the day. Vending machine prices are wild but there is a small supermarket 200 meters away so easily ignored.

The location is close to the Bus stop that takes you into the city and even into the mountains.
The apartment was neat and check-in easy.
No (functional) air conditioning no matter the mide
No functional microwave
No functional hair drier (after a few minutes for long hair)
Bed is oddly soft and has a rubbery under-cover that's noisy and uncomfortable in hot season
