Great location!
Staff were very helpful with giving recommendations on what to do and see in the city.
We had dinner at the Michelin Star in-house restaurant, food and staff were amazing!! Love the pumpkin soup:)

Excellent location in the centre of the old town, close to attractions. Mountain cable car a short walk from hotel.
Room was a good size, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with cooked option and buffet and staff service and customer care that is so lacking in these days of self service.
Staff were excellent, special thanks to Maria for making our stay memorable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and hard working.
Nothing to dislike

Gorgeous property in the fantastic location of the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. We had a stunning room at the top of the hotel which was wonderful!
Nothing. It’s a little hard to find and the taxis can get there as it’s in a non vehicle part of town and there’s cobble stones and steep stairs in the hotel. All worth it!
