Great location

clean, reception very pleasant welcome (and good English speaking), great breakfast, flexible with the luggage storage outside check-in/out, central location

Would be nice if the Welcome tickets (that allow you to use city transportation free) are printed and given to customer at check-in and also explain the benefits. We did not receive the room that was presented in the booking picture. Unfortunately, so it happens that there is a construction cross the street therefore, from 7 AMto 7PM there is a lot of noise.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im schönen Innsbruck.

Sehr gutes Hotel zentral nur 400-500 meter vom Bahnhof und nur wenig weiter direkt in die Altstadt. Angenehme Atmosphäre in der Lobby und im großen sehr schönen Frühstücksbereich. Neu gestaltet, perfekte farbliche Harmonie mit schönen Details und Materiellen. Einfach Klasse. Freundliches Personal, Heißgetränke werden an den Tisch gebracht. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbufett. Keine Bar vorhanden aber wer braucht das schon wenn direkt vor dem Aufzug ein Getränkeautomat steht. Sauberes Treppenhaus. Standart-Zimmer ausreichend wenn auch für längeren Aufenthalt für uns zu klein. Auch hier harmonisch braune Farben im Zimmer. Zimmer statt wie angegeben 18 qm wohl eher knapp 16 qm. Großer Kleiderschrank und zusätzlicher offener Kleiderablage und Kofferablage. Spiegel, Schreibtisch, Stuhl. Platz optimal ausgenutzt. Großes Bett, eine Matratze weicher, die andere härter. Insgesamt sehr ruhig, auch nachts, da Zimmer wunschgemäß nach hinten raus. Badezimmer mit Dusche in Ordnung. Mussten wegen Bahnstreik einen Tag eher abreisen. Kosten für Frühstück und Touristengebühr wurden freundlicherweise für diesen Tag nicht berechnet.

Das das Zimmer doch etwas kleiner war wie abgegeben. Der preisliche Unterschied zum nächst größeren Zimmer mit wohl 25 qm ist so wie ich das gelesen habe weit über 50% teurer. Das ist einfach zu viel.

Toller Tipp

Die Unterkunft war modern und neuwertig eingerichtet, super gelegen und das Frühstück preislich angemessen. Bei der Anreise haben wir auch jeweils eine Welcome Card für die Region Innsbruck bekommen, die wir für Ausflüge nutzen konnten. Das Hotel würden wir für einen Stadtaufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Die Zimmer und Räume waren ziemlich stark beheizt. Mit der trockenen Raumluft war das ein bisschen unangenehm manchmal, vor allem nachts. Das war auch anderen Gästen aufgefallen. Leider konnte das Team am zentralen Heizsystem irgendwie nichts ändern.

Hotel Zach innsbruck

Room was a decent size with a sofa in the window. Check in was easy staff very friendly. Breakfast was loads of choice and as much coffee as you want! Staff at breakfast very good and always checking if had enough coffee. Safe was welcome addition to the room. Hotel in decent location for the town. Great affordable hotel with friendly staff!

Two single beds pushed together in the room with separate quilts.

Nice clean well thought out hotel.Reception helpful and friendly.Waiting staff welcoming and quick. Great choice at breakfast fresh and hot.Well within walking distance of old town and railway station.Great bakery next hotel

Prefer to help myself to coffee.Could do with some quite music in the morning in restaurant to make a nicer atmosphere.

The Beds are old and horrible. Heating was not working and they could not move me to another room because it was fully booked. No fridge in the room. Expensive for its low quality rooms.
