The Guest house was lovely, nicely kept. good breakfast, nice pool. Quiet area. Great for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
Hosts very friendly and helpful.
The access to the property was poor, not made very clear when booking that you definitely needed a car to get to and from. 20-minute walk to nearest transport. No local restaurant's on a Monday or Tuesday.

Very calm and quite place. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Hiking tracks around. Great view from terrace. Room is spacious. Clean. Pool is nice, though for us weather was not very good for the pool (but it is heated one!).
Quite far from city and main roads, it takes 15-20 minutes to drive down the mountain so it prolongs your trips. No bar to grab a quick beer after a hiking day (only the table with stuff to buy in cash). Also restaurant during our stay for the dinner was in a different building (I guess during the season it is different as they have a lot of space). Wifi is very bad. But all these things are just things to improve and it would not stop us from visiting again.

The views of the city were perfect from this amazing location for hikers, very peaceful mountain walks and wildlife on the door step, but still only 30 seconds by foot to the local restaurant and ice cream parlour. A very warm welcome from the kind staff who provided you with everything you would need. Loved the honesty bar for drinks & snacks. The family room and balcony were spotless and a good size. finally, The outdoor pool was very welcome after a walk.
A kettle in the room would be our only suggestion.

The food at breakfast was amazing, the view from our terrace room 😍. Unfortunately we didnt have long enough here to use all the facilities like the pool etc. Such a beautiful hotel. Nice and easy to park not far from the centre of innsbruck for all bars restaurants shops cafes etc..and also close to the cable car up to the top of innsbruck for incredibile views. 10/10
