The staff was very accommodating and super friendly.
Pillows were flat, we needed 2 each. The church bells rang at 6am.

Wonderful hotel. More than friendly staff, they make you feel at home. Beautiful location, breakfast was delicious and varied, comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent location for skiing at Patscherkofel. Will love to go back!

Beautiful location with convenient public transport access to town. Lovely staff. Big thanks rooms and a fabulous restaurant downstairs.
