The hotel is lovely just a very long way up. The lady receptionist went above and beyond her duties to help us as there was no food being cooked and we hadn't eaten.
The bar closed early as no other people were there to use it once again the receptionist came to the rescue.
, do think management could put a couple more people on duty to help out and make visitors feel important.

Difficulty finding the room as no one was in the front desk. Took awhile to get to find the right room.

The location is excellent if you want to go hiking like we did. The reception staff was really friendly and professional.
Me and my wife did not like the bed and the pillows (both were too soft). The bathroom was too small e.g. water splashed easily out of the shower cabin. In the evening all the main lights of the hotel lobby area were suddenly turned off by a female employee when we came back from the city... we had to use a flash light to find our room!
