the self check in instructions were not very clear because you do it in a build and the room was in a another one. The check in process it self it’s easy. they should send automatic msg with the room number and it’s location as the machine doesn’t give you any printed information.
the dishes in the dish washer were not washed, but I am sure it was just someone forgetting to check it. besides that the room was well clean.

We had the very best room, on the top floor and with the city view. The view was really beautiful. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Its very kind of them to provide several bathroom amenities and free coffee.
I am not sure if we were unlucky or if it happens often, during 2 days of our stay we did not have hot water, and the water pressure was not good either. I found it a huge pity as the place is really nice. I hope they manage to fix it, otherwise their rating will never be high enough.

Good amount of space. Great amenities. Nice modern decor. Amazing views of the town, river and mountains. Great location too. The cafe downstairs served lovely food and drink and the staff are really friendly.
Shower door leaked so had very wet floor which used up all the towels to keep it dry.

Der einzige große Schwerpunkt und Vorteil dieses Unterkünftes ist seine Lage; direkt bei der Hauptbrücke und des Stadtzentrums.
Das Check-In dauert sich sehr kurz, man bekommt schnell das Code.
Die Wohnung und die Austattung ist schon nach wenigen Jahren zeigt sich bissl verältet; mehrere Geräte bräuchten schon Montierung. Trotzdem man sieht schon Putzpersonal jeder morgen, wir hatten unsere Wohnung sicher nicht geputzt bekommen. Das WC war echt schmutzig und gepinkelt (haben auch ein Nagelstück am Boden gefunden). In der Küche haben wir fast kein Besteck (nur 1 Gabel für 2 Personen); und 1-1 Topf und Pfanne ohne Deckel gefunden. Stattdessen haben wir es mehreren Tagen vorher schriftlich nachgefragt mehrere Töpfe zu bekommen, weil wir die Küche verwendet wollten. Der Haupttisch in der Zimmer ist ebenso sehr schmutzig gewesen.
Der Kleiderhaken hat aus dem Wand runtergefallen, schaut sich gar nicht professionell montiert.

L'emplacement est vraiment bien. À quelques centaines de mètres de Altstad ! Place du marché piétonnier ect.
Les matelas étaient très confortables !
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner inclus. Il se prend dans un petit café bistro déjeuner au rez. Très bien pour le prix, servit à table. Pain, charcuterie et fromage viennoiserie confiture choco yaourt graines fruits thé jus... Tout y était.
Pas de chauffage dans notre logement en février ! Il faisait très froid ! Plus chaud dans le couloir que dans le logement. Nous avons tél. Une dame nous dit qu'elle essaie de contacter quelqu'un. 2h plus tard aucune nouvelle. Nous tél à nouveau. Elle n'a réussi à avoir personne ! (Heureusement que NOUS tél à nouveau...). Après avoir insisté, on nous propose une autre chambre. Là chauffage OK. Par contre lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas et des mies de pain et nourriture dans le fond de la machine. Ça puait...
Petite kichinette mais en dépannage. Minimum de matériel. Pas de passoire...
Dans la salle de bain le pommeau de douche italienne ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement la doucette classic OK.

Das Bett war gemütlich und es gab schöne saubere Handtücher.
Insgesamt macht die Unterkunft keinen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer roch muffig und es hätte besser geputzt sein können.
Auch das Geschirr war zwar gespült, aber nicht richtig sauber.

Locație bună foarte aproape de centru. Acces facil. Spațios.
Am plătit 2 camere de 30 mp dar am primit una de genul aceasta iar a doua a fost foarte mica, greu de gestionat spațiul pentru 4 persoane. Din păcate și contactul cu reprezentanții locației a fost deficitara. An solicitat prima seara schimbarea camerei, dar nu a fost posibil. Ni s a spus ca se va face imediat a doua zi. Am spus ca de dimi eata vom fi plecați la ski și ajungem după-masă, ni s a zis ca nu e nici o problema. A doua zi am primit un apel în jurul ori 10 ca nu se poate face schimbul de camera pentru ca nu suntem la locație (ceea ce a fost specificat de către noi cu o zi înainte) si ca nu sunt impachetate bagaje . Am primit și mesajul pe booking ca nu sa putut realiza solicitarea, asa ca ne am resemnat. Următoarea zi am primit din nou un apel pentru a schimba camera unde ni s a cerut voie sa se mute lucrurile din camera fiindcă politica lor nu permite sa se atingă de bunurile clienților (am acceptat). Cred ca e o problema de comunicare din partea lor, nu ni s a mai specificat nimic în legătură cu schimbul. Când am ajuns la locație surpriza nu funcționau cardurile de acces, nu ni sa comunicat camera în care s au mutat lucrurile și nici procedura de schimbare a cardurilor. Când am încercat sa apelez numărul de pe care s a vorbit am constatat ca m au blocat, adică mi se spunea ca n am acces la acest număr. Într un final am sunat de pe alt număr și ni s a explicat cum se schimba cardurile și care este numărul camerei, care era puțin mai mare decât prima dar întunecoase într o laterala cu vedere la peretele vecin( nu cred ca e apartament superior de 30 mp). Încă o problema este faptul ca pe booking s a afișat un preț iar când am achitat era mai mult, nu știu exact pentru ce ear acea diferenta.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Auch sonst hat alles gepasst.
Noch eine Nacht dazu buchen war nicht ganz einfach und preislich mehr als die Nächte davor statt weniger, aber zumindest war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Nicht sauber am Eingang und Bistro habe ich eine Maus gesehen 🐭 Zimmer und wc auch nicht sauber Zimmer 213 Schimmel am Fenster Dusche kaputt tv kaputt Achtung beim kaffe und Milch ins Zimmer Ablauf Datum checken kaffe Milch seit 8 Monate abgelaufen habe angereufen mich zu Beschwerden mir wurde gesagt Hausmeister hat frei anderes Zimmer haben wir nicht Geld können wir nicht zurück bezahlen danke schon an Booking das die auch nichts als kassieren

Posizione fantastica, con vista sul fiume e sul centro storico. Check in veloce con generazione automatica delle chiavi e, se c'è bisogno di assistenza, sono comunque disponibilissimi e gentilissimi al telefono. Prezzo conveniente.
Un po' piccolo l'appartamento, diciamo che c'è l'essenziale e gli spazi sono ridotti, ma per dormirci soltanto va più che bene.

Selfcheckin wirkt zuerst unübersichtlich, wird aber durch Vorabnachrichten gut begleitet.
Die Kooperation mit dem Café nebenan funktioniert bestens, das Frühstück wird serviert, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, durch das Lokal fühlt man sich auch allein reisend nicht isoliert.
Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, Bett äußerst bequem und tadellos sauber. Die Fenster auf die Straßenseite bieten sensationellen Ausblick und dennoch ist es durch die Isolierung angenehm ruhig.
Der Boden ist etwas kalt und könnte auf größerer Fläche noch einen Teppich vertragen.
Für dunkle Winterabende wäre eine Stehlampe die Lösung für etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit. Das eine oder andere Teesäckchen mehr und etwas Salz in der Küche könnte noch mit in die Grundausstattung.
Die schwarze Sanitäreinrichtung ist halt gewöhnungsbedürftig, ein Schminkspiegel mit Beleuchtung fehlt.

Excellent location - just five minutes walking from the Golden Roof (the centre of the old town) and from the Marktplatz transportation hub, so it is very easy to go around from the hotel, not to mention the many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room is also excellent.
The shower is smelly when not in use, probably due to some defects with the draining system. There is no hand wash basin in the separate toilet despite its spaciousness, which is strange given the fact that all Austria in-house toilets have such a basin - a necessity since the shower is separated. Although the apartment is listed as "two beds", one bed is just a fold-down sofa, which was not made when we arrived.

Siamo stati costretti a fermarci ad Innsbruck a causa di un problema del treno che da Verona ci avrebbe portato a Monaco di Baviera. Il checkin contactless è stato semplice e veloce, la camera era accogliente e calda. Abbastanza centrale e comoda.

Die Lage war sehr gut, schön am Fluss und nahe bein Zentrum.
Die Innentemperatur: das Badezimmer war beheizt, die anderen Räume: das Schlafzimmer und die Küche nicht. Der Heizer und die Heizkörper im Zimmer haben nicht funktioniert.

Super Lage, direkt an der Innbrücke, nur wenige Meter zum Goldenen Dachl und in die Innenstadt. Bahnhof 10min fußläufig erreichbar, aber es gibt auch Busverbindungen

Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum.Von Außen hätte ich nicht gedacht wie wie toll die Innenausstattung des Hotels ist. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich. Der Check-In sehr einfach und Parkmöglichkeiten um das Hotel auch genügend vorhanden. Wie würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Auch unser kleiner 6 Monate Alter Sohn hatte genügend Platz sich im Zimmer zu bewegen und zu krabbels Platz für den Kinderwagen im Zimmer war gegeben und der Kühlschrank bzw die Küchenzeile haat es uns ermöglicht ihm auch vernünftig zu kochen!
