Excellent location and great views of the river, old town and mountains
We liked that we could have complimentary tea and coffee but would if preferred facilities in the bedroom

Location in the heart of the city. Easy to walk and explore
Parking upon arrival. Once you check in they have a nearby discounted parking garage. I recommend contacting the hotel prior to arrival to know the preferred parking garage and how to navigate the construction to get there. We struggled but found a secondary garage the first night, moved our vehicle the second night

The location was convenient and easy to access.
The service at check-in was disappointing. The receptionist was unfriendly and unwilling to provide her name when asked. Although we arrived early and understood that our rooms might not be ready, no effort was made to check whether at least one of our two booked rooms was available. The interaction felt unhelpful and unwelcoming.
The luggage storage area did not feel secure, as our luggage was left behind the bar in an area accessible to others. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but it did not inspire confidence.
The hotel did not meet our expectations for a four-star property. The rooms lacked amenities commonly expected at that level, such as a refrigerator, and there was no room service. The carpets, furniture, and overall condition of the property appeared old and in need of renovation. There was also a noticeable stale smell in parts of the hotel.
