Great stay. 15 min walk into center town. Has everything you need next to the hotel (2 min walk). It’s a 30 min walk from the ADO bus, but only 100 peso taxi.
The tv didn’t have Netflix. Just local channels. Tough for kids without some entertainment.

Another stay at Ambiance - another good one. You can easily reach Cancun center by walking, close to restaurants and shops, but without all the noise made by other tourists. Walking distance to local buses to catch a ride to the beaches.
Staff is always nice and helpful.

Front desk staff very helpful. Young man on the desk directed me to the mall. The young lady that made arrangements for me to get to the airport. Felt very comfortable with all the staff there was a water issue in the room but was taken care of within a few hours
Windows leaking air when air conditioning was on clean but not as clean as.
As I would like no food service
