located in very safe & quiet area.
you can walk to Mercado(market)28 which is central of Cancun downtown.
also bus stop of R2 bus is near this hotel, so it's location is very nice & convenient to go everywhere.
there is big super market & some restaurants just in 10min walk.
they have kitchen & fridge to share, garden, swimming pool, everything was comfortable for me.
i recommend Casa Blanca, unless you want to stay in very expensive beach front hotel zone.
you just need to bring hair dryer if you need it.
one thing you need to know is "check in time is not 24hours." so you shouldn't arrive there too late, like midnight.
(because there is no reception)
