Stuff at reception is super helpful - they helped me with sim card, trips and after I already checked out few hours before they let me use one of the rooms to shower before my flight back!
Great atmosphere and very social. Swimming pool is open until 10pm and rooftop bar is open until very late.
Small thing: some facilities inside the room could use a bit of touch up/renovation.

Nomads hostel was a cool place to stay during the world cup, the facilities are great, and is a cool place to meet new people
Maybe more umbrellas in the pool, the sun in there is super intense in cancun, and maybe some ventilators in the pool area

The staff were exceptional, always had excellent recommendations, the facility was new and clean and the AC was great
The location is more local and less touristy which has its advantages and disadvantages. It's much cheaper but far from the beach.

Easily located for ADO terminal however as we came for just one night before flying home from Cancun, there wasn’t anywhere nice nearby for dinner and drinks
The bar on the rooftop played extremely loud music until midnight which literally shook our room. Struggled to sleep even with earplugs in.
Private room not as immaculate as it appears on images. Staff not very welcoming at check in. Had to take luggage up 3 flights stairs as no lift.
