Amazing breakfast, amazing outside and the pool! Was really nice for my family.. we stayed in 2 rooms close to each other.. thanks for the details.

Super friendly staff, extremely helpful and professional. Good and regular cleaning. Well organised breakfast with cold, warm and sweet options. The location (10 - 15 minutes walking from the centrum) was a plus for us, so we could stretch our legs after dinner. For other people it would maybe be a little bit too far. Clean and well maintained pool. Maria is a very friendly host and Dani from the Agencia goes beyond to help you organise tours.

Water pressure (shower) was not enough to wash our hairs / take a nice shower. Probably not in every room like this. It didn’t bother us so much, so we didn’t address it to the staff - they would have taken care of the problem for sure 👍🏼.

Location was good but you need a car. The staff was extremely accommodating.

I did not like that the bar was not open most of the time, possibly due to COVID.

Nice property, clean and well maintained. Cosy spatious room (#14) with nice hot shower, queen bed, mini freezer. The staff is very cordial. Breakfast is ok, nothing special.

Everything was fine, just one caveat: the property may charge whatever they want for the pet stay, it's their right to do so, but the fee must be discriminated somewhere in the property policies (perhaps it's Booking's fault, not theirs) in order for the guest not to have an unpleasant surprise upon his arrival. They charge 50R$ a night for a dog btw.
