Beautiful place, clean. Excellent location, the balcony is overlooking Plaza Mayor. Friendly and helpful personnel.
The only source of heating is wall-mounted air conditioning, which is on practically all the time (it is necessary with the negative temperatures outside). Though the heating is sufficient to keep the room temperature pleasant, it is so noisy that makes it hard to near impossible to sleep. The mattress caves in bending the spine, especially pronounced on one of the sides of the bed. The toilet seat is broken off sliding and hitting you on the back. The sink is not fixed to the bathroom table, so dislodges and rolls around when leaned upon. All-in-all it was very expenssive three nights of bad sleep and back pain.
