The waterside view is brilliant as was the food in the restaurant.
Some of the gym equipment was broken but the most negative point was that the WiFi didn’t extend to the sixth floor, had to come down to reception for WiFi connection.

The location is excellent, right on the main promenade. We booked a deluxe room, so it was spacious and comfortable with plenty of windows and a wrap-around balcony facing the gulf, which was very nice. We stayed for just one night because our flight was the next day, and we wanted to get closer to the airport in Athens, so it was a very good location for our needs
The hotel is dated and feels a bit frozen in time, which isn't necessarily bad. However, in the floor corridors and the elevator lobby, there was an unbearable smell of kerosene or some similar chemical substance; fortunately, the smell did not enter the room. Breakfast was extremely basic. The thing that bothered me the most was the bed mattress—it was a hard spring mattress and really uncomfortable
