Great family hotel next to the seaside. Excellent staff and food. The hotel can use some renovation in the interior areas.
Also the showers are open inside the room, which makes the water splash inside the bathroom.
Great for a family weekend!

The manager and staff were respectful, extremely polite, and helpful.
The room did not match the listing, and that the listed number of beds did not exist in the hotel, however we decided to stay since we had traveled by car there.
The manager recognized the inconvenience and was extremely friendly, helpful and supportive.
The lifeguard at the pool was attentive, I only observed he was very strict asking the kids to shower off all sun screen before going into the pool, which was understandable, however maybe a little too strict and restrictive.
I believe we could visit again, but maybe reserve a different type of room...

Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay.
