Position as in central and great views, would not call the foreshore a beach, more like a port.
The Hotel needs renovation and updating, smells unfortunately sewerage at times, maybe the water edge or possible utilities.

It was beautiful and we really enjoyed it.
The food was not the best, it seemed to be catering brought in and not freshly cooked.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the view from the room is amazing.
There's no soundproofing, we could hear what was going on in the corridor and rooms next door. Also the plumbing is poor (we had issues with flushing and water pressure) and the furniture & decor are dated.
