The hotel has a pleasant location on the shore of the Gulf to the south east of Chalkida and this was convenient for us, as we were travelling down the island of Evia from north to south. Although no food was available in the hotel, there was an excellent taverna on the main road within walking distance.
The person who gave us our key barely engaged with us, though the man we paid when we checked out next morning was a lot more friendly. The room was rather cheerless and expensive for the scant facilities provided.
