De gezelligheid, gastvrijheid en schoon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die erg hun best deden om het je naar de zin te maken.

Siamo stati accolti per il check-in da Paolo, uno dei due fratelli che gestiscono l'albergo, con estrema gentilezza e cordialità ma allo stesso tempo ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio facendoci calare in un ambiente familiare. La nostra camera era comoda e sufficientemente spaziosa con una vista MERAVIGLIOSA sul lago di Garda !!
Dopo abbiamo conosciuto anche Fabrizio, l'altro fratello, il quale ci ha dedicato attenzione e cura nel farci scoprire la zona di Tignale dandoci consigli utili per le attività da fare e cosa visitare nei dintorni : preziosissimo.
Consiglierei anche il loro ristorante la sera sulla loro terrazza con vista lago dove Marianna vi accompagnerà e vi coccolerà suggerendovi i piatti del giorno fuori menù.
Non dimenticate di rilassarvi nell'area relax dell'albergo, un vero gioiellino orgoglio di Fabrizio !!
Insomma che dire di più, io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo trascorso una settimana di soggiorno come meglio non potevamo aspettarci e ringraziamo di cuore lo staff per averci fatto sentire come a casa.

Die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit des Inhabers und des Servicepersonal. Sowas erlebt man weltweit nur selten.
Zimmer und Bad waren zu klein für 2 Personen. Das Bett war zu weich. Frühstück war ok aber nach paar Tagen hätten wir uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.
