The hotel’s location and underground parking are its top qualities. The curly, dark-hair receptionist who welcomed us on a Friday was super friendly and helpful (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name).
We stayed over the weekend and the reception was run by an older man who didn’t communicate or smile at all. We felt like we were bothering him. The hotel could use an upgrade as the furniture and bathrooms are quite old. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your room: from phone calls at the reception desk, to other tourists flushing the toilet in their rooms. The breakfast is totally not worth it (some toast sandwiches, boiled eggs and some pastries is pretty much all you get).

The location was perfect.
Bathroom/Shower space was very small whilst the air conditioner was a bit noisy.
