Location - parking - cleanliness
Only issue we had is very small - the lights above the beds were too low so you could not sit up in bed and watch tv without hitting your head

Hotel is near the city center and convenient for short stays, friendly stuff and free parking!
There is section of hotel renovated but the main building need renovation .. In ours there was mold , however you get what you pay
