The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast had a good variety, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location was convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Trinidad and would consider staying again
There was nothing I disliked about my stay. I loved everything about the experience, from the comfortable and clean room to the beautiful surroundings and excellent service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the relaxing pool area. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely be happy to return.

I have specifically mentioned that I will check in at 3:00 am and check our at 11:30 pm. I asked to get my luggage from my room to lobby. No body was available to bring it from my room. It was full of ashamed that I took the trolley and dragged to bring my luggage myslef even I noticed that staff was available at the main gate. Receptionist told me that staff is not available.
