I was SO impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Hilton and Conference Center Port of Spain, Trinidad. I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant. I plan to return in the very near future because of the wonderful experience the staff there afforded me. Bravo, Hilton Staff Port of Spain!!!

Overall we had a good stay. However the hotel itself can use some renovations. Staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool.
