Excellent location. The view of the Gulf of Paria is fantastic. The room is well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The area around the pool looked shabby. The safe in the room was locked so was not accessible during our stay.

1. Pool area dirty, 2. coffee shop did not have good options to eat, 3. staff was rude or blunt, 4. Hotel missing fine details to be 4 or 5 star. Like no umbrellas at pool and dirty pool furniture
