We had a really great stay at JAZ Palmariva Beach and honestly enjoyed every part of it.
I especially want to thank Saif, who was always there to help us throughout our stay. He was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His attitude and attention to detail really made a difference.
The food was amazing, with plenty of variety and everything we tried was delicious. The staff in general were all very nice, friendly, and always willing to help.
The pool was very clean and well maintained, and our room was also very clean and comfortable. The whole resort had a really nice and relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend JAZ Palmariva Beach. We would happily come back again.

The breakfast was amazing, with an incredible variety and excellent quality. The Italian pizza dough was absolutely fantastic, the snacks were diverse and delicious, and the Oriental desserts were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The rooms were very clean and modern, but the real highlight was the evening entertainment — the night parties felt like a true art experience, not just regular hotel animation.
Every single member of the staff made sure our vacation went smoothly and that we felt well taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed A. Monaem, who always went above and beyond to help us in every situation and made our stay even more enjoyable.
It was difficult to walk with my son’s stroller on the beach because of the sand, and there were no proper walking paths. Coffee machines were also missing throughout the hotel, which would be a great addition and make the stay even more convenient. I also think having a towel exchange point would be much better than having to depend on housekeeping whenever you need fresh towels.
