Everything from the chosen covers and pillows to the staff and entertainment team. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I was greeted well, offered numerous activities and did a lot of tourist activities thanks to the man working at the taxi service. I am very grateful for him and the entertainment team that would host the evenings and activities during then. Even in the morning and midday.
I do wish the rooms came with a T.V that had Netflix or applications like that. I found it such a shame that I could not wind down after a long day watching a favourite show or movie. I would have loved to have that.

That we only got to spend one night as our flight home had been cancelled.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly.
1- The food variety was poor, the quality was bad, and the snack time was limited and very cheap for a 5 star hotel
2- The beach was poor although a part of it was named the coral beach
3- Treatment of Egyptian guests is totally unacceptable, I reserved a snorkelling trip from your hotel and the trip was cancelled for ridiculuous reasons
