Es ist wieder mal sehr schön gewesen, wir haben uns viel Zeit genommen mal alle Sportangebote zu nutzen und auch noch den Wellnessbereich. Einfach toll
Nur im Bad hat der Wasserhahn etwas gequietscht wenn was floss, sonst alles super!

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, nochmals Danke für das Parken des Autos beim Check In und Out. Die Pools sowohl innen wie Außen sehr gepflegt und angenehm temperiert. 30 Grad +. Entspannung pur. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Säften. Toll.
Sehr große Anlage mit vielen Stufen und Treppen, vielleicht bei Buchung nach der Lage fragen, falls man mit Treppen Probleme hat. Aussicht auch nicht so toll, (kein See oder Dorfblick ) aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache.

Personal teilweise gestresst, Geburtstag eines mitreisenden „vergessen“, somit fiel die Reservierung beim Frühstück unter den Tisch, hier war das Personal unflexibel und wollte keine Tische zusammenstellen

Hotel, Lage, Angebot und Umgebung, wie immer bestens. Das Angebot wurde teils sogar erweitert. Diverse Neuerungen basieren auf guten und sinnvollen Ideen. An der Umsetzung und Kommunikation kann noch gearbeitet werden.
Immer noch, eine Reise wert.
Irgendwie hat man das Gefühl, dass die Aufmerksamkeit als Gastgeber gelitten hat. Je nach Team, welches gerade in der Lobby/Empfang am Arbeiten ist oder auf welches Servicepersonal man trifft, fühlt man sich eher geduldet, als geschätzt.
Das hinterlässt irgendwie ein fades "Gschmäckle", schade.
Das Frühstück konnte man früher problemlos im Zimmer über den Multimedia-TV bestellen, nun musste man runter an die Reception, um die Bestellung für den nächsten Morgen aufzugeben. Das könnt ihr besser!
