Exceptional with cleanliness, good value for money and great location.
Electrical gate could do with a bit of work especially after hours trying to get in to the property. You need to jump out of the car to press the button.

Place was fine and had everything we needed.
We confirmed a 4 to 5pm check (sat) in time which was accepted. I called from the airport just to let them know that there was a delay getting the bags off the plane and that we might arrive after 5pm. The response from the manager/owner was "well why the he'll are you ringing me now. There's nothing I can do so ring again when you arrive". He also complained that Saturday checkin finished at 3pm.
We arrived dead on 5pm (taxi driver was aware of the owner's rude reputation) and waited at the barrier 5 minutes. We had to ring again to request entrance. We were obviously being watched from a camera as manager/owner answered and said he could see us. We had to ring again to get access into the building. A woman this time confirmed we had to pay a $100 deposit over the phone before allowing us access to our studio. There was no receipt option offered and no credit of the amount a week later.. She was abrupt too and not welcoming.
Never had such a hostile welcome anywhere during our 7 months travelling NZ and Oz.
