Exceptionally clean, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, fridge and freezer.
About a 20 min walk along The Esplanade gets you to The Marina and centre of town.
Location is right next door to Cairns Hospital
The door into the room (room 2) has frosted glass top panel, that's not a problem, however the curtain does not cover the window and the door, its an either/or situation.
The pool leaves its filtration working all night (maybe that has to happen) however its quite noisy

A charming hotel with historical interest. The restaurant was exceptional with friendly efficient staff. Great Location on the esplanade.
A chair in the bedroom would have been an improvement and better blockout curtains.

I like the old building that has been tastefully renovated, the proximity to the esplanade
The bottom floor room can be quite noisy from the other guests upstairs and the restaurant and hospital noise out front.

Property was very stylish. It has a great ambience.
Disappointed that the three rooms we booked had either no opening windows or windows that opened to noisy air-conditioning units.
