Easy to pick up the key from the safe after hours. It was a large room. Generally ok stay, but wouldn't return.
The room was located in a back corner beside the rubbish bins and the cleaners' access area. I was unable to open the window due to its proximity to the bins and the constant foot traffic. The room was dark and situated next to a busy stairwell, resulting in frequent noise and disruption. In addition, the hot water system failed in the evening, leaving the room without hot water.
