The location pf the motel was perfect for my needs, the price was right on the knocker for my budget. The room while being dated was suitable for my needs. The staff were very pleasant and the supplies in my room were kept at a good level.
There was nothing that troubled me during my stay. While the ceiling fan didn't work, there was a pedestal fan that performed perfectly. While the motel was well occupied, I did not have a problem with any neighbouring noises.

It was a cheap motel, but unlike some others in the area it was very clean & tidy. There was no Kitchen sink with which to fill the kettle or wash dishes so we did that in the Bathroom Sink. No probs! Floor had carpet on it, which was nice & cosy, warm in the middle of the night for toilet trip. Just like at home. Our other hotels just had cold tiles that were always dusty when you walked around barefoot.
Room was surprisingly dark & quiet for sleeping, once windows & curtains were closed. We only used the ceiling fan, not the A/C, it wasn't necessary while we were there.
A kitchen sink would've been nice, but given the size of the room, it would've been a problem. The Bathroom sink was fine to use, but it would have been better if the faucet was taller to allow the Electric Kettle to fit under for filling. We just filled a glass & then tipped it into the kettle, No problem for us, but I would go nuts if I owned the room coz of the wasted water.
Parking was an issue also as only 6 spots for 20 rooms, we had to park outside a couple of times & had to park up the street as street parking was limited also.
