Superb

The location is excellent, right in the center of Lecce! The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean and the hostess was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Fabulous

Everything was perfect, very central location. Parked in parkejoo 950m and 20e per night. Correspondence was on WhatsApp and code to get in which was perfect for us. Breakfast was lovely too , typically Italian and the waiter spoke good English for us , (to explain the menu.)Lecce was fab and would definitely recommend alvino suites.

Superb

Location, and the room view.

The bath tub was not working, and I could only take a shower. The towels were not very clean and fresh. No room service during my stay, even it's stated in the room instruction.

Lovely B and B in centre of Lecce

Excellent location right in the centre of Lecce. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Codes for entry.

Only teabags with kettle, no coffee or milk. Wonderful Cafe/cake shop downstairs where you can get breakfast included up to 5 euros each (coffee and cake).

Location

Despite saying there was parking it was actually a paid park(€30 day) 800m away and no ability to deposit bags at property first. No elevator but lots of steps. It says Suite and Breakfast but no breakfast just a voucher for a local cafe for only €5 so I had to pay the difference. Avoid this trap

Superb

A really spacious room, loads of light flooding in, custom made furniture that kept all suitcases and clothes out of sight, thereby keeping the room spotless, a large balcony with a view right over the Roman amphitheatre, everything within a few minutes walk. Truly superb, and helpful and discreet staff (no reception, just a keycode, spoke on the phone and then via whatsapp, invoice sent via email, no fuss)

Too short a stay because Lecce is a beautiful city. I will definitely be back.

Excellent location right in the center with direct views of the amphitheater ! Room was unbelievably clean, absolutely spotless and quiet. We stayed there on a Saturday night and the festivities outside the window were very loud with the doors to the balcony open, but everything went quiet once the doors were closed! Only drawback is street parking is hard to find so we parked our car in a lot about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel.

the location is right on the center of the Old Town - right above the famous Cafe Alvino.

WiFi - connection was non-existent as the walls of the property inhibit the signals. Housekeeping Staff - discourteous to guests (immediately responded "NO ENGLISH!" when asked for something and walk away) and showed no sincerity when she apologized for her behavior. No efforts were shown by the property owner to make it up for the shortcomings aside from an apology. Considering the premium that I had to pay to stay on this place.

could not get a better location for the old town. breakfasts from the cafe, perfect!

central location right on the main piazza. the room was beautiful with high ceilings and a balcony over looking the square, great for people watching.

lovely location, great room. very odd faceless arrival which was quite stressful.

location. room was lovely.

very odd arrival experience. it was completely by accident that we saw a member of staff. it wasn’t until the next day that I received the what’s app messages with entry code so we could have been completely stuck with the faceless check in.

Incredible location, lovely room!

The breakfast was delicious! The size of the room and the location were spectacular!

The wifi was spotty. Also our door lock appeared to be broken and we had to wait each time we left to make sure it would lock properly and tested it. Sometimes the door would pop open if we tested it too quickly.

Breakfast was beautiful but the 5 euros each wasn't anywhere near enough for wht we had. The room was situated in an amazing place overlooking a Roman amphitheatre.

The air conditioning needs updating the room was so hot even with both units on.

Lovely room in a great location and lovely view of centre.

While staff were fine there was a lack of personal touch with everything being done remotely. Breakfast was a 5 Euro voucher which wouldn’t have covered the most basic breakfast.

Very good

Host was very nice and responsive. When our AC & WiFi didn't work on our first night, she let us switch rooms the next morning and did not charge us for that first night. The room we were moved to was very spacious and comfortable.

-The first/original room we had was extremely small and the AC and WiFi did not work -Housekeeping came into our room even though we had the do not disturb sign hanging on our door

A great place to stay in a beautiful city

Great location for seeing Lecce. The room had everything you’d need for a short break. Very stylish with a spectacular view of the amphitheatre.

Because there’s no lift it could be difficult for someone with mobility problems

Perfect base - we hired a car and visited Gallipoli, Otranto, Tranto, Matera is well worth the drive

These apartments overlook the historic square, and the little balcony allows you sit out and catch the sun, and people watch, the people in the square below while having a coffee or drink. Barbara the host was brilliant giving us tips, like where to park 7 mins walk away, which was meant to be €18 per day, but it was free for 3 days as it was only new!!! (parkjoo), The rooms were huge with really high ceilings, and the shower etc was just brilliant. I cannto recommend this highly enough.

Very little - as an Irishman I love my big breakfast, but the Italians only do coffee and croissants - so we switched and had big lunches like they do!

lovely spacious room with lovely view over square. owner/manager helpful assistance with parking.

inclusive breakfast a bit limited, a voucher is provided for €5/person/day which just covers a coffee and pastry. apart from this all was good.

The suite was really beautiful and clean. Perfect location!

In the add it said breakfast was included. Also in the bane suite and breakfast, but We when We arrived We were told breakfast was not included. Other than this little disapointment it was perfect!

Excellent location, quite big room, nice bathroom with 2 sinks

no windows (only to the patio), breakfast in form of a coupon to a cafe downstairs. Cafe was very good, but 5 Euro coupon not enough, so it should be said breakfast is included.

Lecce - ancient city to visit

Great location with view to Roman amphitheater and city center, very large room, comfortable bed, cleanliness.

A bit long waiting in caffe Albino for breakfast. They are highly demanded and popular for their tasty pastry.

Not a great way to start a trip

Location is fine except to unload a car. We could not find the place and learned it was in a no car zone with no nearby parking

The room was too small for the bed(s), without modern air conditioning, had no view from the room's window, and was over the back entrance to a kitchen so very noisy, see photo. Also, the access to electrical outlets was minimal. Tried to plug into one by the bed and received a huge shock, see photo. Turns out there was no plate over the wires of the outlet. All wall switches were sticky due to decomposition of the plastic. Breakfast only available outdoors in a very crowded café.
