Attentive staff were the best, breakfast was exceptional, the provided FAN was the best.
Handicap room took space from bedroom for large bathroom, booking info stated a small double room never mentioning that the room was a ADA space, heating of space was unregulated due to thermostat not working properly, thank you for the fan.

The breakfast was amazing!!! So much offered! The beds were comfortable in the room we were given
I made our reservation several months in advance for the family apartment with sea view and, more importantly, a washer and dryer. We were given a ground floor apartment with faulty heating, noisy upstairs occupants, no WiFi and no washer/dryer. After complaining we were given a basic suite and no one from management has responded to my request to tell me why we didn’t get the room we booked and paid for
