It was a perfect location to explore Rome between fight and cruise. Room had everything expected, with stores and takeaways very close
Entrance to street was shabby, but internally all well decorated

The host was excellent, helpful, obliging, caring; an exceptional person.
The facilities were great for our needs.
Rome Termini was directly opposite. Hop on / hop off buses & all other transport were nearby
Supermarkets were minutes away.
Termini had a wide variety of restaurants & fast food on offer, at reasonable prices.

Great, fun, convenient location. Memhet is very kind and helpful. Went out of his way for me.
There are 7 steps with no handrail to get to the elevator

that is very close to Termini station and you can even walk to got to city center
I didn’t like that it was very noisy and also that every night you had to pass a lot of drunk people in order to be able to reach the door of building. the building wasn’t very clean and well maintained
