昔の温泉旅館の対応が残ってて快適に過ごせました。外国人のスタップも一所懸命で好感が持てました。
特にないですね。温泉もいいし♨️対応も文句なし。部屋も綺麗でしたね。7階温泉からの眺めがもっと海が見えると文句なしでしたね。

市街地から近かった
外国人の従業員さんの日本語が聞き取りにくくて、お風呂が何時までか、枕フィッティングがあるのか、わからなかった。でも、みんな一生懸命に接客してくれました！

部屋が広くて快適でした。大浴場もお風呂が沢山あって良かったです。夕飯、朝食ともにとても美味しかったです。

1F大浴場が良かった。露天風呂も温度の違う浴槽があり、内風呂も浴槽がいくつもあり広く清潔だった。修学旅行生がいたようだが、時間をずらすことで混雑もなく快適だった。湯の川温泉の電停から近く、駐車場も広く停めやすかった。部屋は和室でひとりで滞在するには広すぎるくらい。コンビニや酒屋も近くにあり便利だった。
宿泊したのは末広亭3Fの客室だったが、部屋の窓がすりガラスで全く眺望が楽しめなかった。また建物が古いからか、エレベーターの回数ボタンも押したことが分からない仕様で使いづらかった。また朝食会場（臥牛亭4F）、大浴場（本館1F、別館7F）と別の建物で遠かったうえに玄関を横切るのがちょっと動線として難点。7Fの大浴場にも展望の良い露天風呂があったらもっと良かった。
